Header Parameters
Optional correlation ID associated with the request.

Filter by plan year ID. Optional; when omitted, transactions across all available plan years for the consumer are returned.
Filter by plan ID
Maximum number of transactions to be returned by plan(default: 200).
The start date to fetch transactions for. Required if number_of_transactions is 0.

Determines if the running balance will be included in the response call.
